Question 1 of 3Occupation Code Alignment01 / 03
Occupation codes · MoHRE taxonomy
Are your job classifications mapped to MoHRE's approved occupational taxonomy?
The MoHRE AI platform cross-checks the occupation code filed in every permit application against its approved taxonomy. A mismatch is flagged regardless of how experienced your PRO team is or how long your employer relationship with MoHRE predates the platform.
Question 2 of 3Emiratisation Rate Confidence02 / 03
Emiratisation · December 2026 target
Do you know your current Emiratisation rate and trajectory to the December target?
The December 31 target requires ten percent Emirati representation in skilled roles for companies with fifty or more employees. The rate depends on which of your current Emirati employees are in roles MoHRE recognises as skilled, not just any role. Many organisations are uncertain about this distinction.
Question 3 of 3Employer Compliance Record03 / 03
WPS · Permit compliance record
Has your employer compliance record been reviewed against what the MoHRE AI platform evaluates on every permit application?
The MoHRE AI platform cross-checks your employer compliance record on every application. A single unresolved WPS exception creates a risk flag that affects every subsequent permit application until the record is cleared. In most organisations WPS is managed by Finance with no feed back into the HR compliance record.
